OrthoBro hesabını uygulama içinden doğrudan silebilir veya uygulamaya erişemiyorsan destek ekibine silme talebi gönderebilirsin.

Supabase kimlik doğrulama hesabın, hesap e-postan, kullanıcı kimliğin ve ilişkili identity/session kayıtların kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden

OrthoBro'yu açın.
Hesabınıza giriş yapın.
Ayarlar / Profil bölümüne gidin.
“Hesabı Sil” seçeneğine dokunun.
Silme işlemini onaylayın.

Yöntem 2 — Web üzerinden talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@orthobro.club adresine silme talebi gönderin. Kimliğiniz doğrulandıktan sonra talebiniz işleme alınır.

Şifrenizi, doğrulama kodunuzu veya diğer kimlik doğrulama bilgilerinizi asla göndermeyin.

Method 1 — In the app

Open OrthoBro.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Settings / Profile.
Select “Delete Account”.
Confirm the deletion.

Method 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@orthobro.club from the email address registered to your account. We will process the request after verifying your identity.

Never send your password, verification code or other authentication credentials.

OrthoBro currently stores no additional profile, favorite, progress, preference, quiz-history or uploaded-file data. No personal account data is intentionally retained after account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law or security obligations.
